Saito Hitomi is a relatively young kitsune woman originally from the Chiba prefecture of Japan. Though slightly over six decades old, for a kitsune, she is quite young, and is most similar in emotional and physical maturity to a woman in her mid twenties. She moved to Yuriba in mid-November of 2005, and has owned a home to the north of the village centre since December of 2005, where she lives with her wife, Naomi Saito.
