Cobalt Steel is an enigma wrapped in mystery. Not much is known about her early life, as there seem to be absolutely no record of her up until about 3 years ago, when she gained a GED, and entered college, and she doesn't seem inclined to talk about her early life. From what she claims, she was messing around with something she shouldn't have been, and triggered something, the end result of which teleported her to Yuriba.
